Just posted my Garmin info on FB-today was the Lizard 30 which I John FAz, Damo and somebody else? attended. The forecast proved correct, mostly dry but VERY windy, if you know this course it can be divided into 4 sections. 1 and 3 were full headwind 2 and 4 were full tailwind, really contrasting efforts...
