Final PZW Leedstown 10 TT open 10 miles TT 25/08/11
A healthy field of 28 rider's turned out for the penultimate Leedstown 10, Gary Chamber's was looking upon his final chance to equal, or better Steve Lampier's course record but soon after arriving realised that as fashionable as his Reebok's are, he would stand a better chance with his S-Works shoes, a quick dash home meant he missed a warm up and coupled with bad traffic missed his final chance this year. This TT was also the PZW circuit champs which Alessandro Gourley took in a convincing win with a new PB and solid 2nd place on the night. Some good time's were also recorded by the tester's with Luke Pye attempting to defend his title and Garry James secretly hoping for a good ride. Good to see so many out competing for the last race at Leedstown this year. And many thanks To Spanish Dave for been pulled into helping at the last minute,Andrew McPherson for taking Sythney, John Garwell, Dave Henderson for pushing off, and Mike Tonkin for keeping an eye on the latter two.
